1. Agreement

By using hy3.app ("Hy3") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the chat.

2. What the service is

Hy3 is a free AI chat website. There is no account, no subscription and no payment. Ordinary requests that require model generation are answered by the third-party AI model named in our Privacy Policy. A small number of questions about the service's identity receive a fixed answer directly from hy3.app's server and are not sent to SiliconFlow or another third-party AI provider, but each still counts as one chat toward your allowance.

3. Free access and its limits

Access is free and subject to capacity limits that exist so the service stays free for everyone:

• Up to 20 chats per browser each UTC day, subject to site-wide availability.
• A limit on how many messages one network address may send per minute.
• An overall daily ceiling across the whole site, which can be reached before your personal allowance is used up.
• One answer being generated at a time per browser.

These are limits on a browser, not on a person: we have no login and cannot identify you. Clearing cookies or switching device gives you a new allowance, but network and site-wide limits still apply. Equally, people sharing a network — a home, an office, a school, a mobile carrier — may share a per-address limit.

We do not guarantee any particular number of chats to any particular person on any particular day.

4. Acceptable use

Hy3 is for adults aged 18 or over. You agree not to:

• use Hy3 for anything unlawful, or to produce content that sexualises or endangers minors;
• attempt to defeat, evade or reverse-engineer the model's safety measures;
• generate content intended to harass, defraud, impersonate or endanger anyone;
• automate, script or otherwise send traffic other than through ordinary use of the page;
• resell, proxy or otherwise redistribute access to the underlying API;
• attempt to bypass abuse controls, rate limits or the daily allowance.

Our AI provider also applies automated safety review, and a request it refuses is refused here too. We may restrict or withdraw access where these rules are broken.

5. Accuracy

AI output can be wrong, out of date, or entirely invented, and it is often wrong in a confident tone. Hy3 has no live web access and no memory between visits.

Nothing generated here is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Verify anything that matters before acting on it. You are responsible for what you do with the output.

6. Availability

Hy3 is provided as-is, with no uptime commitment. It depends on a third-party model offered at no cost to us, and we may pause, limit or discontinue the chat at any time — including if that model's price, availability, terms or safety posture change. The reading content on the site remains available when the chat is paused.

7. Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in what you type. You grant us only the permission needed to transmit it to our AI provider to produce an answer. Our application does not intentionally persist conversation content in its application database or Durable Objects; production logging and the provider's handling are described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit anything you are not entitled to share, and do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment details or confidential material.

8. Independence

Hy3 is an independent AI chat website and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tencent. It is not an official product of any model vendor. Product and company names mentioned anywhere on this site belong to their respective owners.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hy3 is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use Hy3 after a change means you accept the updated terms.
